Registration & Accommodation
Registration fees are per person, in Euro (€) and include taxes (VAT 21%)
The registration fee includes: Congress material, Admission to the full program sessions, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, buffet lunches and dinners and 3 nights of accommodation.

Registration and accommodation cancellation policy:
Any change or cancellation shall be notified by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat (email@example.com) The amount already paid will be reimbursed for all cancellation requests submitted before 15 February 2021, except for a 75,00€ administration fee. For cancellation requests received between 16th February and 1st May 2021, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount paid. For cancellation requests received after 1st May 2021, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount paid.
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card.
Travel and Transportation:
All delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel and transportation.
